    Overview:
    We are seeing a highly motivated and proactive candidate who is inherently self-starting, and demonstrates the ability to independently initiate tasks and maintain a consistently high level of productivity during working hours. This role requires someone who can take the initiative to stay engaged and efficiently manage their workload without constant supervision.

    Job Summary:

    • The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by coordinating various activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • The individual in this position will have an entrepreneurial mindset and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, being resilient when changes arise. Successful candidates will be comfortable working both as an individual contributor and as a member of a team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with the customer by ably representing, interfacing, and engaging with customers and providing regular progress updates when applicable
    • Distributing new product launch details to existing customers and prospects
    • Create presentations for the President to show to buyers during meetings
    • Participate in trade shows and sales meetings. Prepare and distribute detailed sales meeting recaps and distribute amongst critical team members with action items.
    • Attend and coordinate all aspects of trade shows including traveling to trade shows up to two times per year, gathering samples to display at trade show, assist with setting up an inviting trade show booth/display, and managing customer follow up after the trade show has concluded.
    • Maintaining & distributing closeout inventory list(s). This includes running inventory reports, verifying stock quantities of close out items, cross checking quantities against open and pending customer POs, updating closeout inventory list(s) to reflect current quantities available and distributing the updated list(s) to customers.
    • Manage online social media presence and the company website
    • Entering new opportunities and sales documentation in project management software
    • Responsible for managing Amazon FBA inventory (researching profitable items in current library for listing on Amazon, taking photos and dimensions of products for listing, creating listing on Amazon that includes marketing verbiage, tracking inventory levels and requesting inventory shipments to Amazon)
    • Create mockup samples for the sales department by coordinating with the project manager, sales team, and production team.
    • Coordinate the shipment of outbound customer samples
    • Assist with sell sheet creation & maintenance
    • Manage periodic customer reporting requirements
    • Responsible for booking travel arrangements for the President and sales team.
    • Assist with preparing annual sales forecasts

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or related field or 3 to 5 years relevant industry experience
    • Advanced ability in developing and publishing data driven reports
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Must be self-motivated, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks as delegated
    • Team-player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types
    • Strong analytical skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must
    • Strong knowledge of social media and other online marketing tools
    • Prior experience working in Smartsheet is a bonus
