Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements for FleetLink solution.
- Influence project deliverables, contribute to solution design, and perform configuration tasks.
- Ensure thorough testing and deliver high-quality solutions to senior project resources for review.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients.
- Deliver required training sessions.
- Regularly document and communicate project status to the lead.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in client software implementations.
- Proven expertise in business consulting for SaaS implementation projects in medium to large organizations.
Key Skills:
- Ability to work independently and provide direction to project team members.
- Proactive approach, taking ownership of projects and delivering results efficiently against timelines.
