Former Employee - Sys Administrative in Austin, TX (US)

    I worked at 360training full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun people, enjoyable culture, hard workers

    Cons

tough economy, business prospects not great. The long term prospects of this company didn't look great, but it does always manage to survive any bumps they hit. Had a lot of turn over while I was there, did not like that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

higher pay for staff, employees are expected to work very hard. Most do and most are motivated to do so, higher compensation would ensure that continues and lower turn-over.

Terrible communication even though speaking directly to the CEO for initial phone screening, and sporadically throughout the process. Lack of interaction with HR with executive office. Hap hazard trip planning as interviewing from out of town, missed deadlines, ignored messages, etc. on their part. One of the worst interview experiences of my decades long career.

    Interview Questions
    • Asked the CEO that would be my first and primary task to tackle if offered the position to create a success for the company. His response, "....would be to prioritize"   View Answer
