I worked at Albemarle full-time for more than 10 years

Great people, great salary, great vacation and benefits. It was a fun place to work. I gained a lot of experience while working there.

After the 2013 workforce reduction, morale is going down. Employees aren't happy anymore. It seems as if everyone is jumping ship.

    Interview Details

Was contacted by Albemarle for an interview. I was flown down to Baton Rouge. I gave a talk and was interviewed by hiring managers. Interviews were mostly conversations. It was a great experience, the hiring managers very friendly. Company culture awesome. Wasn't offered a job but would recommend working here.
