Hit hard in 2008 and still recovering but seems to be on the way up now. Management has adapted a new approach

    Application Details

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a day - interviewed at AllianceBernstein in March 2011.

    Interview Details

It was a 40 minutes no frills interview on what I thought I could bring to the team. There was a panel of two that interviewed me and the impression I had was that it was less about what you can actually do on the job (relationship management team) as this was quickly established in the first 15 minutes. Rather it was more about one would fit with the team and team mates in the different locations in EMEA.
