    I have been working at Avaya full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Made to feel as part of the team from day one. Learning new things everyday with an excellent Onboarding portal. Great buddy system for gaining on the job training and shadowing.

    Cons

    New to this type of job role and so have not discovered any negative sides to the job. Challenges will be met but as long as you are willing and determined to learn you will gain valuable experience.

    Great first level manager interviews. Interviewing with Sr. SE Leadership a joke. took forever to get any answers out - not sure who they are trying to hire - could not pay just a few more dollars than i have been making for past 2 years.
