    I have been working at Avaya full-time (less than an year)


    Made to feel as part of the team from day one. Learning new things everyday with an excellent Onboarding portal. Great buddy system for gaining on the job training and shadowing.


    New to this type of job role and so have not discovered any negative sides to the job. Challenges will be met but as long as you are willing and determined to learn you will gain valuable experience.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Avaya.

    Interview Details

    The interview process had 5 rounds of interview followed by the HR round. The first one was a Telephonic round(Technical round) followed by 2 face to face technical rounds, this was followed by a Technical telephonic round with the offshore Manager, yet to be followed by a Site Director level interview (informal round).

    • I was changing my technology area from Optical Network Testing to Enterprise Unified Communication Testing, hence the level of interview was general, Testing concepts, methodologies, General Scripting on Perl,   Answer Question
