    Pros

Good development of personal careers, ensures that staff have the right skills and accreditations, good benefits package, helps embed health and safety into everyone's day to day work. Encouraged to move roles every 2 years within BP.

    Cons

Regions/teams work in silos, processes are not always global so different processes for different regions can make getting stuff done harder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move to more global processes based on the organisation being a global org.

    Interview Details

Telephone interview asked for many examples of Capacity, Achievements and Relationships, using examples from your daily life. It was a bit awkward in my case as the conversation didn't feel like it flowed so there were some awkward silences and also my phone cut off near the beginning which put me off too.
