I have been working at BP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Promotion opportunities, some good managers

    Cons

Fast paced, working under pressure, work load

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out of the office, and just experience the role of a CSA in a busy retail site for a week. Sometimes it is simply too busy to keep up the standards across the board when there isn't enough hours allocated.

There was a number of stages which had to be completed however BP was very efficient in the way that these were carried out. From receiving an invitation for online tests to receiving an offer only took two weeks. Overall I would say it was the best recruiting experience I have had thus far.
