I worked at Boral full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good company, great new management from overseas steering the business in a better direction. Nice head office location and building.

    Cons

Older style of management and could have adapted to newer management thinking earlier. Management to slow to change and bad decision like selling Origin.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Adapt faster and buy cement trucks for the long term.

I got on through a temp agency so I was able to bypass the whole company interview thing. When the company decided to hire me permantly I'd pretty much already shown what I could do.
