    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a weekinterviewed at CDW.

    Interview Details

The overall process was very quick and went extremely well. The first phone interview with the recruiter was pretty easy and she did a good job of preparing me for the interview with the manager. In person interview was even better, the hiring manager was very laid back and was more interested in my personality and how well I could talk to people. By far the best interviews I've had at any job.

    Interview Questions
    • tell me about a challenging project you completed and how your went about it   Answer Question
    • explain an instance where you were faced with a upset customer and how your handled the situation   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
There wasn't much negotiation, the base salary is pretty set but there is uncapped commission which is great. Overall I would say to just be confident going into the interviews and let your personality show, that is what they are really looking for.
