I have been working at Canada Post full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good pay, vacation time (3 weeks to begin with), good benefits, unionized

    Cons

Balancing work and life, understaffed, over worked, management that doesn't care, fellow employees who don.'t care

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the workers on the floor, when making shift changes ask the employees born their input, don't make radical changes just so you can get a bonus, stop cutting jobs because your creating an atmosphere of distrust.
