    I have been working at Cerner full-time (more than an year)


    Autonomy. Has the correct priorities. Staff culture is fantastic. Big company, part of a much bigger healthcare community. Enormous opportunities for personal development. Really can become the master of your own destiny.


    Sometimes can lack structure. You have to write your own exam question to answer. Some failures in leadership can resonate throughout the company.

    Plan to write a cohesive, organisation wide plan.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Cerner.

    Interview Details

    Met with three different managers to interview with. Each had a booklet of 'give me an example of a time when you..' questions and they didn't really deviate from the booklet. Afterwards I was given a tour of their client area to see some of the equipment in situ.
