Good office technology, good fun place to work.
You can make a difference here, willing to try new ideas
Transitioning from start up culture into well run mid sized firm. Not too bureaucratic.
Location in Central Reading seems a strange choice. However, next to the station so not too bad.
Reliance on one software solution. May need to diversify to reduce dependency risk.
Advice to Management
As you grow avoid building unnecessary bureaucracy. EMC is the example of how not to grow.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at CommVault (Reading, England).
4 agencies involved in addition to CV; 2 phone interviews; 1 face to face
- IT basics asked irrelevant to the role; basically the interview and the first week of work are not portraying the real CV Answer Question
got a higher salary then asked for but no chance of permanent employment nor benefit package
CommVault has remained one of only a few global tech companies to play by its own rules. The company has grown organically since it was founded in 1988 by Bob Hammer, resulting in more than a 20% year on year growth over the past 6 years. This organic approach and commitment to delivering unique, innovative solutions for information management has earned the company the strongest position in the Leaders quadrant of Gartner Inc’s coveted Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Backup/Recovery Software 4 years running.
