I worked at Cooper Industries full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lucky to get into the Leadership Program, lot of money spent on training us, including overseas travel

    Cons

Slow decision making, took to long to make me an offer and I left to another company.

Value the achievements of the employees who have drive and ambition and give them the opportunity to shine.
