    Pros

Crown is a company where manufacturing performance is critical. The culture is down to earth with a focus on getting things done and always aiming to deliver high quality products against the lowest possible costs. The objectives are clear and straight forward and there is no interest in big business pow-wow nonsense.

    Cons

If you are not prepared to put in a fair amount of effort you should not consider working for Crown.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to keep working on employee engagement.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Crown Holdings.

    Interview

The interview process was in three stages and included a tour of the plant location. The process also consisted of a phone interview with the Area Manager. However, job expectations and added work duties to the position was not discussed during the interview.
