I have been working at Euromoney full-time (more than an year)

From my experience this is a rewarding company for ambitious, entrepreneurial and results orientated individuals. As a global company there are good opportunities to travel and work abroad. There is a strong work ethic here and you need to be prepared to put in the hours. But there are many rewards in terms of personal development and great people to socialize with and to learn from. Good office facilities in central London.

Basic salaries are not the best but can be more than compensated by generous bonus schemes. Other company benefits or "perks" are minimal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior management could communicate and engage with the workforce more often. There can be a "silo" mentality within separate divisions and more could be done to encourage greater openness, collaboration and movement between divisions.
