Promotions from within when available, amazing discounts, great training programs.

Pay was not as competitive for management as it should've been. Lots of workload, with no additional hours, but if you were a great manager, you got it done within time limits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would never have left this company had it not closed it's doors thanks to Ascena Group. It was affordable clothing, amazing employees, and a very happy environment. Sad to see it go. SHAME ON YOU ASCENA!!
