    Difficult Interview

I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Fujitsu (Bracknell, England) in February 2015.

Firstly you apply online this includes a couple of competency questions. Once this is done you are sent a numerical to complete this numerical is supplied by SHL. After completing this if you are successful you will recieve a telephone interview. During the telephone interview you are asked a series of competency questions.
    For example:
Tell me a time when you took a leadership Role
Have you ever had to deal with an angry customer had did you overcome the situation
If you are unable to take a leadership role what role would you take in a team
How do you keep commercially aware
Tell me a time when you have put a customer's need first
There are many more questions. Please to be aware with these questions there are always follow-up questions aswell.
This is a very straight forward process the interviewer will also ask you if you have any questions at the end.

After this you will then be invited to an assessment centre if you are successful at telephone interview stage.

The assessment centre consists of 3 parts
    Group Excercise
    One to one Interview

    Group Excercise
This is a simple group exciercise that involves you building a house using a bunch of lego parts. Whilst sticking to the budget set by the assessors (Each brick costs different prices with some being very expensive). This excercise aims to see how you communicate with your team and how you bring your ideas forward. During this task each person is set a secret task they must complete. One of the assessors will also be taking time so that option is taken if you were thinking of doing that.

You will be given a case study in which Fujitsu is supplying a company with IT infrastructure ( A helpdesk for a company). You are giving a contract that states what Fujitsu will be offering the client you must determine all the risks within the contract detailing the top 5 risks within the contract and present to an assessor why you have chosen your top 5 risks and how this risks would affect the company for example a clause that will cause Fujitsu to lose money.

    One to One Interview
This is more or less the same as the telephone interview they do not ask you much about the company so you do not need to waste much time researching the company but its still good to do a bit of research.

    Good luck!!!!
