    I have been working at Inter Parfums full-time

    Pros

    Interesting products and industry to work in. People are generally pleasant and professional. Company seems to have a stable business.

    Cons

    Long hours, no flex-time or ability to work from home. Pay isn't up to par with other NYC companies. No advertising of open positions so there's no room for movement or growth. Very antiquated process system that creates more work for several departments. Office space is very tight.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the feedback of employees regarding their concerns. Maybe review working hours and see if flex-time or tele-commuting would be acceptable.
