    Pros

    smart people, great environment. lots of opportunity to grow and learn. interesting and creative work that challenges the best minds

    Cons

    can be pretty stressful and lots of masters to serve. big clients can be demanding but tthe prize is worth the effort as Interbrand has real market impact

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    keep up the pace of innovation so that Interbrand stays at the front of the pack. Never lose sight of the fact that your people and their dedication makes all the difference
