    I worked at L'Oréal USA full-time

    Pros

A fast paced environment where being able to move from vision to business plan to implementation in "lighting speed" is the business model which is most celebrated.

    Cons

While the benefits are incredible - it is up to the employee to ensure they secure the work/life balance that they "require". The speed at which the company operates and global size of the company can be overwhelming to those looking for a more "traditional' organization.
