If you do good work here you are rewarded - if you want to see how companies in the valley function this is a great place to be. Some of the smartest hard working people are here and you feel part of a strong brand. The products work, and the customer roster is strong.Cons
The hours will be long and not all managers are created equally. Some are opportunists, some actually care. Snacks and lunches are good but that's table stakes at most companies in the valley. As the company's grown that has meant more policies and procedures - some make sense, others feel like needless bureaucracy.Advice to ManagementAdvice
