Used to be a good company to work for. Recent decline in sales has left everyone paranoid and depressed.

Half day fridays. Smart colleagues. Great salary and bonus.

Very competitive. A lot like Survivor. Hard to know who to trust. You can easily languish for years without a promotion and just as easily be cut at the first downturn in sales. Not a very loyal company. I've seen really good people let go for no reason and a lot of bad people stay because of their alliances.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to care about your employees as much as you care about yourself. Self-preservation should not be your number 1 goal.
