    I worked at Nortel Networks full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Incredible R&D and position in the Central Office market for Telco's, Tier 2 when it came to cellular.

    Cons

    Succumbed to poor management from mid '90s onwards, became de-focused and lost its way.

    Buy a time machine and do it right next time

    As I was internal candidate, interview process was not that stricy .They mainly focussed on my product knowledge as it was inbound Product Mgmt position. My previous role was escallation lead for the same product line . They have checked my indepth domain knowledge, communication skill and social skill to match with the existing team
