I worked at Penguin Group full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Nice place to work in a nice building situated in central London. Opportunities grow and to move upwards, great benefits especially if you are a mother and good training in all areas of the business

    Cons

It is Female industry although there is an opportunity to move forward it seems that the male colleagues has an advantage over the females. Since it is a publishing industry the salary is low compared to another area however it is in line with other the publishing houses

    Interview Questions
    • The original HR interview was very standard, what are your weaknesses, your strengths in the office?   Answer Question
