I worked at RE/MAX as a contractor for more than 8 years

    Pros

Management is always there when you need them. They are extremely supportive of their agents and offer many types of training and corporate events in addition to office paid casual get togethers just for fun. Office environment is very friendly and professional. Agents generally open to offering assistance and advice to newcomers.

    Cons

Very high desk fees compared to competing brokerages. Agents are also charged fees to support corporate advertising.
