    I worked at RG Steel full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Job was good with good pay. Benefits were of no cost to employees. Co-workers were like a family. As long as job is done, you could do what you wanted.

    Cons

    Terrible working conditions Schedule was terrible. Worked 24 hours a day 7 days a week, holidays and all. Buildings were not climate controlled. Very unsafe conditions.
