    Red Ventures plans to triple north Charlotte work force - Charlotte Business Journal

    Look for even more employment growth in north Charlotte for Red Ventures, the Indian Land-based Internet marketing company. During an interview Monday at the company's campus in northern Lancaster County, CEO Ric Elias told me Red Ventures may have as many as 1,200 employees at its University City site by 2017 or so.

We’re not telemarketers, and we’re not a call center. At Red Ventures, we only connect our inside sales professionals with customers we know are looking to buy. Then, using our proprietary technology, dynamic scripting and real-time training and coaching sessions – we give them all the tools they need to close the deal.

    I Had an online app. Phone screening. In person interview/tour. There were several people waiting to be interviewed. Don't be afraid to ask questioned and be enerrgetic. I don't think I was energetic enough.
