Employee Relief Fund

undefinedIn the true spirit of what our philathropic efforts are all about, the USA operations team has set up a fund where employees are encouraged to help other employees in need by donations.  SYKES endowed the fund initially and employees can contribute tax deductible donations.  Employees who find themselves in need may request a grant to support them during a personal crisis.  We have already been able to help countless of our own who have suffered a personal loss or tragedy.

Empowering People.  Promoting Environmental Responsibility.  

SYKES knows the power of a single person.  That’s why we equip and empower our people to serve others one call at a time.  We approach our environmental responsibility in much the same way.  By enabling our 50,000+ employees around the world to act in an environmental-friendly way, – through recycling programs, energy conservation measures and employee environmental awareness programs – we are contributing to environmental preservation one person at a time.

    Company truly provides a quality service to its clients and is seen as a leader in the field with growth around every corner. Their Sykes Home segment of the business has so much exciting potential and technological support. The more I learn, the more impressed I become. I personally am working for the best boss I've ever had in my [15yr+] career. I look at places like Discover that put so much emphasis and personality into their quality customer service and i LOVE knowing that I work for a company that makes that kind of thing possible for our impressive list of clients.

    As a corporate citizen, SYKES earns high marks with me. They have multiple initiatives for making a difference in peoples' lives both inside and outside the company (corporate Domestic Violence awareness campaigns, Veterans' support, Employee Relief Fund, local sites fundraising for local nonprofits, etc.) They are very LGBT supportive and work hard to create a workplace of true equals.


    Lots of growth means lots of growing pains. Sometimes communication and technology bear the brunt of that. Patience and positive attitude go a long way in bridging those occasional gaps.
