    Pros

Lots of training, support and structure around personal development due to the size of the company there are plenty of opportunities to be exposed to new experiences.

    Cons

It's a large company and you can tell, it takes a while to make changes due to the various approvals required.

    Advice to Management

Creating a local community is important and people value their opinion being heard. Sometimes 'feedback' is encouraged from senior leaders but does not seem genuine so those at the lower levels are less likely to speak up.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Sapient (London, England).

    Interview

Depending on the inteviewer this is a breeze as not many have interview skills. The lower the position applying for the easier the interview is. Be confident and it's fine. Generally you are interviewed by the manager you will be reporting to so the skills of your manager are clear in the interview - take this as a clue if you want to work here or not. Fluffy soft managers are not leaders.
