I worked at Sapient as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Well established business. It might get rocky on some new accounts, but overall it's pretty secure and people know what they are doing - it's nice to be in such environment. They don't lock down too much though and you have a chance to make a difference. They also do properly global projects, which is rare.

    Cons

A bit too corporate, but they know they are and are trying to change that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a way to speed up implementation of improvement ideas that you are asking your people to generate and share. It's a great initiative, you just need to keep developing it and make it stronger. It will pay back.

    Senior Project Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee  in  London, England
    Anonymous Employee in London, England
    Application Details

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days - interviewed at Sapient in November 2012.

    Interview Details

They do a series of sessions packed up into an entire day (8 hours). I asked and they agreed to break it down into 4hrs per day across 2 days in a row. You meet a number of people from different backgrounds and go through conversations of different types: free form interview, questionnaires and a test presentation that you're expected to prepare on the spot.

    Interview Questions
    • The test presentation was the toughest. They only give you 30 minutes to prepare and I think it was a couple of mistakes I made that got me down.   View Answer
