    I applied in-person – interviewed at SuccessFactors.


    Round 1: I had a telephone interview with the hiring manager and his assistant
    Round 2: I had a telephone interview with another employee doing a similar role
    Round 3: I had a face to face interview with the same person from round 2 and his practice manager
    Round 4: I gave a presentation on analytics to around 6 people
    Round 5: Another telephone interview a practice manager and a director
    This process has taken about 3 months at this point but 2 weeks later after chasing I am told they really like me and want to make me an offer but they just need to get some sort of sign off, now this isn't uncommon I know but given they approached me I thought it might be a formality.
    Fast forward 4 month and I am still awaiting sign off, all engagement from SAP has been reduced to nothing, so unless I chase I hear nothing and I can only assume, given the whole process so far has taken over half a year, this unfortunately was a bit of a waste of time for all of us which is a shame given that this firm was a top 3 dream company for me.
    Even a little update at some point without me having to chase would have at least made me feel slightly valued but if this is how they treat people they "headhunt" then maybe it's for the best?
    What a shame......
