We offer a Whole Child Education that focuses on more than just reading, writing and math skills. We cultivate a child’s entire being by teaching skills like teamwork, citizenship and respect. This philosophy inspires the proprietary Tutor Time® LifeSmart™ curriculums, which focus on developing your child’s unique interests and abilities with hands-on active learning and opportunities for self-expression.

Experienced, licensed teachers focus on meeting every child’s developmental and educational needs by helping them advance through each program at his or her own pace.

I worked at Tutor Time Child Care Learning Center full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great getting to know the kids and parents.

    Cons

As a manager on salary I was worked to death. 10-11 hour days with no lunch break. The company is only concerned about money not the children. They would rather move kids around 3-4 times a day to different classrooms than hire another teacher. Hire turn over in teachers and management.

Submitted resume online, was called within a week to come in. Then was asked to fill out an application with a few short questions about childcare (children biting children, how to handle parents etc.) then asked to do a 30 minute assessment online. Came in for a 2 hour classroom assessment then hired on the spot. Overall, extremely easy process.
