I worked at UDR full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Money was great for the job position. The team I worked with was exciting and very competitive, which I like a lot.

    Cons

Leadership was lacking from the top down. The management outside the office was over baring and would panic when bad sales cycles would arise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend the money to train your employees instead of simply firing and hiring like a sale at the local department store.
Don't micromanage. Trust the people you hire to do the job you've trained them for.

    Interview Details

I think this was an overall quick and very good interview and hiring process. UDR does look for individuals with leasing experience . The process to start working in the office took about 2 weeks total.
