I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores

    Pros

The people are amazing, you meet some great characters which make your days at work more bearable. The pay and benefits are good.

    Cons

Managers seem to be in constant competition with each other to get the net promotion which means they are patronising and rude to you sometimes. Varying shift times are exhausting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on better communication with employees.

    Seasonal Sales Associate Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in London, England
Anonymous Interview Candidate in London, England
    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Victoria's Secret Stores.

    Interview Details

Applied online via their website and got a phone call a week later.
The phone call was a phone interview where I was asked my availability and about previous job experience and experience of working within a team. I was then asked "Why Victoria's secret?" And subsequently invited to a group interview for the next day.
At the interview there were 4 of us, then we were lead into a training room and split into 2 groups of 2.
We had to introduce ourselves and say an interesting fact. We then did a group exercise and were interviewed and asked questions in our pair.
After this we were given a random item of stationery from a bag and had to sell it for a minute.
Got a call the next day saying I had been offered the position.
