I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores full-time (less than an year)Pros
Great Perks, 'gratice' at the beginning of each month usually a discounted bra or free shower gel, perfume ect.
Fun environment with lovely employees
great pay per hour as far as retail
really, really fun-I loved it there
Great Team Feel
Depending on the team- people I worked with were so lovelyCons
Very sales driven and this can be very off putting for those who cant keep up.
For those who want to progress in store the opportunity is there however if its clear this a temporary vocation there isnt anyway to progress at all-very politcal
The breaks are poor, you need to work a minimum of 6 hours to get a break of 30mins and the break can be placed any time in your timetable for the day i.e. work 5 hours on the spot and then 30mins 1hour before you go home.RecommendsPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEO
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at Victoria's Secret Stores.Interview Details
Applied online via their website and got a phone call a week later.
The phone call was a phone interview where I was asked my availability and about previous job experience and experience of working within a team. I was then asked "Why Victoria's secret?" And subsequently invited to a group interview for the next day.
At the interview there were 4 of us, then we were lead into a training room and split into 2 groups of 2.
We had to introduce ourselves and say an interesting fact. We then did a group exercise and were interviewed and asked questions in our pair.
After this we were given a random item of stationery from a bag and had to sell it for a minute.
Got a call the next day saying I had been offered the position.Interview Questions
