    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Wynn Resorts (Las Vegas, NV (US)) in March 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and was contacted the same day for an interview that was held just 3 days later. The first thing they do is a tattoo screening. Then they have all the girls (about 25) sit in a room and face 4 higher ups. They asked one question then called each girl up one by one to give their best answer. 5 girls were chosen and 3 of them knew or were related to people that already worked at the Wynn. I feel it was an unfair interview because it's all about who you know.

The company has expanded in both markets, adding the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas next to the Wynn Las Vegas, and the Encore at Wynn Macau adjacent to Wynn... More
