Pros: Zimmer offers decent pay and benefits. Vacation time and holidays are more generous than my previous employer. If you work at TMT you get even more holidays than the Warsaw based employees. – Full Review /Reviews/Employee-Review-Zimmer-RVW2599726.htm
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Warsaw, IN (US) Jul 2011 – Reviewed 3 weeks ago
Interview Details Zimmer uses about 5 - 7 people to interview you one at a time. The interviewers then reconvene to discuss the candidate. Most of them did not prepare well and only my direct supervisor actually put a lot of thought and time into the questions. – Full Interview
Most were the typical interview questions and were easy. Most difficult was "Can you describe a time that you made a mistake and what did you do about it." – Answer Question
