    Pros

Best company I have ever worked for:
    1) They know how treat their employees as a professionals.
    2) They train you and don't expect you to be a genius after the first two or three months like other companies I worked at.
3)They reward you just by hitting your goals.
4)This is a career not a job. Management have all been reps for over 8 years so its not a kid who just sold well for a year trying to teach you what to do.
5)Oh and selling a product that people need is always a great thing too.
    6) Money!
    7) the company knows and respects you have a personal life outside of work.

    Cons

I have to wear a suit everyday (oh well)

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what your doing.

    Pros

Great brand and global client roster, good employee development opportunities talent management process not as complete or joined up as they think.

    Cons

Poor management of territories and quotas for sales people, would rather lose individuals than address the actual underlying issues at play. All territories are not equal and no amount of arguing is going to make them so, weak leadership in certain areas along with an underlying aversion to rocking the boat even when it may be the right think to do for fear of compromising their own careers.

    Advice to Management

Deliver on your talent agenda, reward your leaders for developing talent rather than penalizing them for doing so, understand the macro economics of the UK and right size your territories and sales numbers to make it fair for all of your quota carriers not just those in selected areas.

    Pros

work-life balance is good, lots of nice friendly people who care, nice environment, great training schemes.

    Cons

Massive influx of idiots who don't care enough; too many CV builders who don't hang around to see the consequences of their dumb ideas. Pace is a little pedestrian. management never learn from mistakes. Technology a little antiquated.

    Pros

Secure job, options (in my country anyway) to move all around the business. Management on a local level are willing to listen and take action. UK Management are enlightened and are becoming better at showing appreciation to associates. Happy to fund training to develop associates.

    Cons

Speed of change, the ADP way of doing things can make it hard for change to happen in a quick way. Lack of flexibility about working from home.

    Cons

too slow to act multiple acquisition are confusing as many countries have their own tools service offering, then there are multinational ones. can lead to internal competion... and unclarity with clients.

    Advice to Management

more clarity in the direction the organisation is going
