    Very demanding, but very rewarding

SBS Associate District Manager (Former Employee) Windsor, CT (US)

ProsExcellent organization to get sales experience. Great management. Great rewards (commission, trips, prizes). Get to meet a lot of very interesting people in your area. Excellent for personal growth.

ConsBiggest problem I had was that the business units can have a conflict of interest. Other than that not a lot of problems, though you need to commit to a lot of hours if you want to be successful

Advice to Senior ManagementThough it didn't happen too often, stay away from micro-management. Easiest way to lose your audience.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Associate district manager

Associate District Manager (Former Employee) Windsor, CT (US)

ProsGreat place to start career, fantastic training, easy to transfer skills, running your own business mentality

Consshouldn't hire managers that used to be kindergarten teachers, work constantly, cutthroat, must keep deals quiet or they will get stolen

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't micro manage when the sales rep is performing well, it may hinder their value.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
