I worked at AT&T full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Training with great with great trainers, pay was excellent, benefits, enviroment was excellent also

    Cons

Time off policies, work and life balance. When you first start you bid on shifts due senority which sucks because you automatically get the late shifts or all the shifts nobody want. If someone else has taken the day off more than likely you cant take it off either even though its over 500 employees
