    Pros

One of the benefits of a large company is the ability to move around and find the right job. AT&T provides transparent information about opportunities and the requirements enhance your career. The company is continuing to innovate and grow which provides some security in a somewhat uncertain tech market.

    Cons

Like any large company the bureaucracy can be annoying. There are ways you are allowed to do things and ways you are not even if the accepted method is inefficient or ineffective. As a company management does recognize this and is working to change.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course. Management has positioned the company to be an even bigger player in the market over the next several years. Some of the capital investments this year have been expensive which has been problematic when combined with some of the FCC and FTC issues.

    Pros

Most SSR's encompass more than one position so, there is rarely a shortage of tasks to keep busy. Duties: inventory, merchandising, sales, weekly operations checklists, general store sales operations.

    Cons

Depending on the size of the location, there could be a ton of work or nothing to do, but stand at the entrance to the store. If there is a lot of work to do, expect to be handling most store issues and repairs. Slow days, expect to have nothing to do.

    Advice to Management

Train SSR's to complete all back end procedures i.e. inventory transfers, adjustments, etc.
