Current Employee – been working at AT&T Wireless full-time for more than a year
Pros – 5 day work week, paid vacation, affordable health care
Cons – Willing to reccomend AT&T to family and friends is a metric the rep is held accountable for. So when you get the survey give your rep a 10 or they might get written up. The wireless industry is saturated so the new focus is sell Tablets and wireless home phones.
Advice to Senior Management – Be leaders and not followers. This company use to be the innovator and now you see we're falling behind Verizon.

Current Employee – been working at AT&T Wireless full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good pay, great benefits. Vacation time is great as well. Open area on the floor is great so it isn't so segregated
Cons – The stats system by which we're rated on is ridiculously asinine. Its based on customers reviews of the COMPANY, not the rep. Because of this change, the bonuses are basically non-existent. As well as the attendance policy is almost impossible to meet unless you have a medical condition that allows you to take off time since vacation time is almost impossible to use in last minute situations.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop making it seem as though the reps aren't working hard to get those stats that you want. Be more compassionate and realizing it is hard and you barely have to deal w/ it.

Current Employee – been working at AT&T Wireless
Pros – Large corporation, allowed room for advancement.
Cons – Very clique. Moving up all depended on who you knew in the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Give reps more opportunity and don't abuse your power and become a power hungry manager that nobody respects.
