Cons – Promotion based on connections. Internally focused. Growth through acquisition. Outsourcing of positions on contract basis and continual layoffs to achieve higher profit.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on long-term decision strategies and realize the impact of continual layoffs on employee morale. Focus on organic growth as well as acquisitions.

-low work load, although this may be simply an intern thing
-slow to email back but that seems to be everywhere in the corporate world from what I've heard.

Organize more community events to get the interns together.
