    I worked at Accountemps

    Pros

I was never more that 1 day between jobs. I always felt that they were working really hard for me. They were very professional, yet comfortable to talk with.

    Cons

I wish benefits could have been better? But something rather than nothing was a huge help!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on improving all benefit areas.

I have been working at Accountemps full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Finds the job which means not too much searching- usually eager and helpful. They also negotiate the wage. After 1 year you could have benefits with RHI.

    Cons

Major issue - some jobs do not become full time and someone will be left doing the temp. job for a long period of time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If a person is a good worker at a particular company for a long period of time it the agency should increase their wages and give other benefits.

I have been working at Accountemps full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

They found me a job very quickly which was great.....

    Cons

But now that I've been there for 7 months and would like to find something different, they aren't much help.

I have been working at Accountemps

    Pros

Accountemps gave me an assignment over the summer to jump start my career and give life to my resume. Highly recommend working for them.

    Cons

I only had to wait five days to be placed on an assignment but some placements can take longer depending on requested position and the current job market.

I worked at Accountemps as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They kept me busy. I worked constantly with them. I recommend them to any and everyone looking for a job. I would use them again. Pay was always on time.

    Cons

They seemed to focus on temp to hire jobs and was never placed for a straight hire job.

I worked at Accountemps as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

Short term assignment, was told by branch manager my be perm. Assignment was extended by two months. Employer told me to ask the agency to find me part time work to cover what I wasn't making there.

    Cons

Agency reps weren't communicating with one another. I felt uncertainty and abandoned. . My hours had dwindled down to eight hours. FILLED WITH UNCERTAINTY, I gave notice and left. I may not have given a 3 day - 2 week notice. But, accountemps abandoned me long before I made the decision to look out for myself. No Longer Filled with Uncertainty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1) Associates Degrees do matter.
    2) A bad experience travels 100 times faster than a good one.
    3) Stop using people like they are disposable.
