Preston, North East England, England

Current Employee – been working at Adecco as a contractor for less than a year

ProsHaving failed to find me work in the past Adecco, strived to help me this time, consequently found me the perfect placement

ConsAs with all agencies, there is a risk of sudden changes and little job stability

Advice to Senior ManagementAlthough, there has been no work for administrators when I last visited the Preston office, other office based roles may have been suitable, little was done to help me find work even though I had high experience in a range of office roles.

London, England

Former Employee – worked at Adecco

ProsAdecco is a large brand and is well known, it is a reputable company that has made large aquisitions recently thus meaning scope and breadth for opportunity.

ConsThe size and scale of the business can sometimes make it feel a little too much as though you are a cog in a machine and not an integral part of the team and the vision of the business.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen. The people on the coal face doing the job are the ones facibng the objections. Whilst not all of the direction needs to be influenced this way utilise the intelligence of the talent you employ to steer your business and create buy in

ProsOptions to transfer departments, branches or overseas. Rewards hard work and innovation, if you are willing to be patient. Reasonable pay. Good benefits, lots of community days, involvement things like that. Some discounts through larger clients.

ConsCan be stressful so best to make sure you are comfortable with the work. Very long hours and dedication needed in order to stand out, but that is probably the same at most companies.
