“No Raises EVER”
Current Employee – been working at Affordable Home Care Alternative part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good pay for people straight out of Hgh School or a great place to work night shifts since you get paid to sleep.
Cons – No Raises. No shift coverage even in emergencies. Lots of threats of termination.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your emoployees like you house and facelifts depend on them.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
