Former Employee – worked at Arby's part-time for less than a year
Pros – They do have the best looking uniforms in the fast food business. Some of the crew was nice to me.
Cons – Management was verbally abusive. They were always yelling at employees, especially the new hires. Many of my coworkers had been there for a long while without a raise. There was also blatant disrespect for the work schedules. I was clocked out over an hour and a half before my shift was due to be over. Why bother making a schedule if you're not going to keep it?
Advice to Senior Management – Get some new management because the managers at this store aren't working out.

Current Employee – been working at Arby's part-time for less than a year
Pros – You get meal discounts. Thats about the only pro. Oh, I guess the ability to say you have a job is a pro...?
Cons – Baaaad pay. I was hired in as a 2nd assistant and was told that I would become first after I finish my 6 weeks of training. That changed and now I will only be a shift manager (and have my training shoved into 3 weeks, not 6) and I was also informed that I only make 8.25 an HOUR. That's less than McDonalds employees make! There are people that have been there for 10 years and dont even make 8.50. How are they getting away with this and still charging so much for some crap food?
Advice to Senior Management – Pay your employees better! If you want me to do my best, then pay me enough to where I'm not worried about not being able to pay a sitter.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Arby's full-time
Pros – Payed was decent and their was always hours to pick up if needed. I was lucky to also have a great group of people to work with.
Cons – There wasn't a future there for someone that wanted to learn and advance quickly. You really just had to wait it out for others to quit or retire. Sometimes the pay didn't match the work that had to be done but that pretty common in every job.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it simple and fun.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
