    Pros

    I enjoy being out on the road on call outs while repairing equipment I can have a chat to the clients who are often lonely people.

    Cons

    We are always under pressure to meet targets which I feel compromises safety and efficency

    Communication is important and upper management try to pass on info but lower managers and supervisors do not

    Benefits good, fair severance, good manager in Denver

    Cons

    Disastrous change to IT system, not user friendly at all and screwed billing and ordering processes up badly. Ridiculous expectations for on-call staffing

    Put yourself in your field employees shoes - is it reasonable to have one sales rep be on call 24/7/365 with no back up plan?

    No clear direction for many divisions. Very strong silo effect especially from one country to the other.

    Please work hard on establishing the regional and divisional strategies to tie with the main global strategy.

    Pros

    The products are some of the best in the market. Clinical feedback is almost always positive.

    Cons

    Some of the worst marketing support I've experienced. Size of company and mixed goals from parent corporation hinder communication and flexibilty in healthcare arena. Very top down management style.

    Streamline product introduction and client feedback loop. Strive to become an innovator at all levels, not just in the largest accounts.

    Some good people are still left.

    Cons

    Had a complete lack of strategy. They purchase companies, suck the cash out without any investment, and layoff to cut cost as they lose revenue. Products are old and tired. See comment about leadership below. It's depressing to work at a place that is managing the downward spiral. Everyone I respect and trust there is looking.

    Recent turnover at top good, but still need to reassess leadership. Too much activity is around self preservation so executives don't take risks or invest in the future.

    Management is clueless and never showes up at service centers.

    Shoe up at service centers more than once in a year. The employees are ripping you off in overtime for hours not worked.
