“Startup with a corporate vibe.”
Former Employee – worked at Billfloat full-time for more than a year
Pros – Ruby on rails, java, and modern practices. Great engineer team.
Cons – Too much risk and security required for any type of work. Marketing and CS could use a lot of work.
Advice to Senior Management – Make it feel more startup and less like a huge corporation.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
