I worked at Burger King part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Hours are flexible, good first job to have, opportunities for growth

    Cons

My company was franchise, not corporate, so some rules enforced were just to save the owners of the company money and of no benefit to employees, managers, etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Know that your employees keep the place running, so without them you'd be nothing.
