I have been working at Burger King full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Great training. Consistent General Manager. Holds crew accountable. Good advancement opportunities.

    Cons

Not compensated enough. More is expected from you than what you actually get paid for. Random inspections, but they need to understand that not everyday goes perfect. some of the things that are expected are pointless. As long as you are serving hot, fresh, safe food in a friendly matter while in a clean environment, then that's all that should matter. Not this is your GURU at least xx% complete and are your scorecards filled out. Focus on the important stuff...the customer.
