    Need to find out how she really is when management is not around talks behind everyones back including upper management and then is real nice to their face.

    Working for the most highly-recognizes, best-in-class firm is great for your resume.

    If you don't sit at hq there is no way to ensure your work or accomplishments
    Will be seen beyond your manager since there are so many reporting layers

    Slow processes, Does not want to manage unrealistic expectations, management needs more managerial training

    Pros

    company is first rate when it comes to supplying needed equipment, training, tools. They give great first impressions. They work hard and i can work side by side with the best of them.

    Cons

    They have a dark side. They play not so nice . thinking you're working for #1 so that counts for a lot. They lack communicative skills as to direction and they tend to give curve balls .

    be honest to non management. being two face isn't truthful.

    Pros

    Brilliant peers and everyone is there to help. Plenty of work to do yet enough resources and people that nothing gets pushed to a deadline.

    Cons

    Pay not great. CBRE knows how powerful their name is and understands they don't have to pay interns competitively.
