I worked at Cal-Maine Foods as an intern for less than a year
Pros – recognize hard work and smart employees. great benefits. huge company thats always growing. laid back style. upper management very friendly, even with interns. company that cares about its employees
Cons – nature of the industry sometimes requires long 12-14 hr days and erratic schedule.

Pros – Friendly atmosphere, teamwork, ability to do many things, sustainable practices, and a great way to give back to the community.
