    Campbell values their employees, encourages problem solving, training, and innovation.

    Cons

    If you like the overtime, its there, however if you value spending weekends with loved ones, depending on workload and resources, you will be forced to work the overtime as with any food factory.

    Pros

    Campbell Soup Company is a good place to work. They hire people with strong academic background and skills. The company has been acquiring numerous outside companies recently which should increase the revenue.

    Cons

    Company has had several reorganizations in the last few years and let employees go. Unknown if more layoff are coming in the future.

    I loved the company store. Many discounted goods and products. Free soup on friday.

    Pretty conservative corporate culture. Not exactly the most exciting industry either.

    Pros

    Pay is somewhat competitive. The company keeps up on payroll.

    Cons

    A lot of favoritism and " good 'old boy" attitude. Pay will be spent keeping up with insurance premiums. Have to fight for fairness on the floor. Claims to be family oriented. Working at 11:00pm Christmas night is not my outlook of family oriented.

    Get a grip on your lower management. Less meetings and more production.

    Nice people working hard
    Iconic brands that offer a variety of experiences - different types of products, types of consumers, different impactful marketing levers
    Good place to start your career & build skills

    Inconsistant work environment that can be very manager specific
    Poor & deteriorating culture
    Employees question leadership's ability to set direction or achieve it
    The current general sentiment is one of fear and frustration as the company does quite a bit of downsizing and is unable to make a significant change in course.

    Great employees. Well-run company. Really help you get started. I couldn't perform my tasks well at first but they helped me right along.

    Cons

    Tough to grow with the company and I found it a little difficult to talk to senior management. They need to really get their act together.
